Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Our Return & Refund Policy covers the following circumstances:

Wrong Product:

If you receive an order with a flawed or incorrect product, kindly contact us via email at info@carolinasbeaches.store. Please provide us with photos of the wrong product, and we will assist you by providing a return shipping label. Once the return is tracked, we will promptly ship a replacement product to you.

Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

We facilitate exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please reach out to us at info@carolinasbeaches.store.  We will process the exchange free of charge.

Change of Mind:

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. We kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully as we are unable to process returns or refunds based on personal preferences such as color, size, or texture.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. Subsequently, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card, within a specific timeframe.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account to ensure that the refund hasn't been processed and credited.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund appears on your statement.
  3. Get in touch with your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
